The Oak Meadows Pet Resort team offers cat and/or dog daycare and boarding. Please contact us to discuss the needs of your visit and we can work together to schedule accordingly. During their stay, our resort allows your pet access to our six outdoor playgroups and two indoor play groups.
- Seniors (ages 65+) receive 5% off.
- No cancellation fees.

Daycare
The Oak Meadows team provides cat and dog daycare services. Whether it's a new addition to the family or providing care for your furkids while you are at work, daycare is a great way to add routine to your pet's life. We can challenge your pet with new activities, introduce them to other furfriends or attend to any special needs during their stay with us.

Boarding
Whether you are away for a holiday, a vacation or for work, trust the Oak Meadows team to care for your little one! For dogs we provide individual kennels for overnight stays and for cats we have our little cat condos. Each pet can have a space of their own to relax—that is when they are not playing outside in our various fenced in yards!
Boarding for dogs
Boarding pick-up is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (no daycare fee). Boarding pick-up between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. will incur a daycare fee.

Aside from these services, our team is dedicated to go out of their way to provide the best care for your pet. This includes:
- Complimentary treats to your dogs at pick up and drop off times
- Complimentary daily pictures of your pet posted on Facebook to provide you with updates throughout their visit
- Accommodation for any medical or special needs your pet has
- Rotating the dogs in six supervised outdoor play groups and two supervised indoor play groups
- Rotating the cats in their window-framed condos and allow them to stretch their legs in our supervised indoor play area
- Offering two separate kennel wings to allow your dog to rest or eat dinner in a relaxed atmosphere
- Offering complimentary beds, toys and blankets to provide the most comfort for your pet
- Providing climate-controlled kennels and indoor play area all year long
- Fun and also soothing background music for our fur friends to enjoy throughout their stay
- Special attention to pairing our fur friends for compatibility, so he or she has the perfect match—minimizing any stress they may feel being away from home

Do you accommodate intact dogs?

What should I bring for my pet's visit?
To encourage a relaxing visit, we recommend that you bring their preferred bedding and food. Also, please bring any necessary medication (along with corresponding instructions).
What vaccinations are needed?
For your canine, we ask for confirmation of bordetella, DHPP and rabies vaccines. For your feline, we ask for confirmation of FVRCP and rabies vaccines.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and e-transfer.
What happens if my pet develops a health concern in your care?
When you schedule your visit, together, we will review a contract including emergency contact information for these scenarios. Also, we will discuss permission to take them to our vet in an emergency.
What does my pet's day look like?
For meals, we schedule the feedings to the routine of the pet—whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner or free-fed.
Dogs:
During the day, your pet participates in six supervised outings with their designated play group. Also, if the weather does not permit outside play, we provide access to an indoor playroom. At night, the dogs rest in their individual kennels. This allows a stress-free beauty sleep.
Cats:
During the day, your pet roams around the indoor play area and has access to our complimentary toys. At night, the cats rest in their individual cat condos which have full window access for their enjoyment.
Do you accomodate pets with special needs?
Our team has lots of experience administering medication for our cats and dogs. During arrival, we kindly ask that you provide clear instructions on the needs of your pet. This will ensure that we can provide a similar schedule for their medications as they receive at home.
Will my pet be sharing a kennel with other pets?
Dogs:
Each pet is provided with an individual kennel to relax and rest in. This allows our team to minimize any stress they may experience—unless if you would prefer to have your pets in the same kennel.
Cats:
Each pet is provided with an individual condo to relax and rest in. This allows our team to minimize any stress they may experience—unless if you would prefer to have your pets in the same condo.
My dog is scared of big dogs, can she be put into a play group with other small dogs only?
At the time of arrival of your visit, we assess the needs of your dog and match them with other dogs of similar needs. Therefore, we can pair your dog with other shy and small dogs.
Can we schedule a tour before our stay?
Only by appointment. Contact us to schedule a tour so that we can dedicate time for you and your pet.
